What methods do you use to ship your products?

All domestic orders will be shipped via 1st class mail, USPS Priority Mail or U.P.S. depending on size and destination and the customer's request. International orders will be shipped via Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail and marked as prescription compression stockings (international customers are responsible for any custom fees and import taxes)

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes we offer next day air by Fex Ex (must be a physical address, no P O Boxes). This service is dependent on the availability of the product.

When I place an order, how quickly will it be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. While we do stock nearly 5000 pairs of stockings at any given time, we can't guarantee your item will be in stock when you place your order. If the item you order isn't in stock, it will ship within 2-3 business days, unless it is on a manufacturer's backorder. As a company dedicated to serving our customers, our shipper place orders daily with Jobst, Sigvaris and Medi-USA and don't go long without the appropriate stock to serve your compression therapy needs. In the event of an extended manufacturer's backorder, we will promptly notify you.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping and handling rates are based on a "per order" amount depending on the destination and the method of shipment. Shipping rates are as follows:
