Best For Use In: Dress and casual shoes (or boots). Components*: Composite, Spenco® Material, Fabric, Arch Height: 18.32mm (3/4in), Thickness at Heel: 4.48mm (3/16in), Thickness at Forefoot: 2.90mm (1/8in) Instructions: Trim forefoot area with scissors if needed. To adjust the arch height, see your local footcare professional. LAB DIRECTIONS: Using a heat gun at 300º F heat the bottom surface until the support is pliable. Adjust immediately.
